This site may include inaccuracies, mistakes or typographical errors. SmellGood.ng does not warrant that the content will be uninterrupted or error free. SmellGood.ng will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site. SmellGood.ng total liability to you for any damages (regardless of the foundation for the action) shall not exceed in the aggregate the amount of fees actually paid by you to SmellGood.ng during the month immediately preceding the act allegedly giving rise to SmellGood.ng liability.
Order acceptance/cancellation of order
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. SmellGood.ng reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. SmellGood.ng will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable
time.
Payment
While we offer different payment options at SmellGood.ng, SmellGood.ng will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction.
- Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and your Bank.
- Any payment issues arising out of the transaction.
All payments made for purchases on SmellGood.ng by you shall be/will be made compulsorily in Nigerian Naira, acceptable by the Central Bank of Nigeria. SmellGood.ng does not accept any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on SmellGood.ng
Typographical Errors
While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, SmellGood.ng upholds the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mis-priced, SmellGood.ng may at our discretion; either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Risk of loss
All items purchased from SmellGood.ng are backed up to a shipment contract. This means that the Risk of Loss shall remain with SmellGood.ng until the item is transferred to you. In the event that the items are damaged after receipt, the risk falls on the validated recipient or Customer.
