An olfactory embroidery with the enveloping, smooth, floral lily of the valley at its heart. Velvet Mughetto has been imagined as an allegory of the Sicilian spring: the mild temperatures awakening the island’s landscape and its delicate yet colourful blossoms.
Notes:
The scent opens with sparkling citrus top notes of Italian bergamot essence. Cassis adds a dark fruity facet, while pink pepper brings a spicy, rosy note. At the heart of the fragrance, comes Lily of the Valley, the delicate woodland flower that gives the scent its name. Warmed by the balmy rays of the Sicilian sun, it blends with creamy magnolia and earthy patchouli to reveal a generous blooming bouquet. This finally gives way to milky, sensual base notes of warm and resinous sandalwood and cashmeran wood, which capture the light of the island’s sun at its highest.
